She first opened ‘Son Jung Wan’ Boutique in Gangnam, S. Korea in 1986 and by 1989 the established brand joined the International Fashion Group as a member. By 2011 she began showing her beautiful collections at New York’s Fashion Week.

As a fashion designer, she describes herself as perfect at capturing the dual nature of women who want pretty, feminine dresses sometimes and at other times want to stride out in chic, sexy looks.
