This year, I want to keep the kid in me alive by celebrating with an old naughty behavior of sneaking in delicious and a rather better-tasting food to the movie theatre, to absolutely devour while watching my fav sequel, Transformers!! ~An 80s classic made into a movie continuation.

After praying and believing for a blessed weekend, all went as planned for a simple yet sweet state of affairs. Any chance to celebrate a birthday comes as a gift, glory to God for mine this year, and the choice of celebrating however my heart desired (whether in a simple or grandeur manner) made it all sweeter.

A very special thank you to all the beautiful birthday shout outs, prayers, blessings, gifts, songs and well-wishing from my family, friends and style blog readers; your kindness and expressions touched my heart immensely. I love you all and terribly miss those of you who live so far from NYC. God will bless you all in return for taking the second out of your time to give of yourselves in that way.
