I say yes, a white dress is always a good idea. Especially if it’s for an adult social function where you don’t have to chase children around then more power to your choice; go for the white outfit!

 Having on white makes sure we put on our best behavior and of course, we would behave more mindfully in our surroundings to avoid things like spilling colorful food or drinks on ourselves. But don’t let that thought leave you hesitant to wear white or you’ll miss out on great reasons to wear white. Like the fact that a white dress actually makes us look sweet and fresh.  It’s white so you exude pureness like you possess a chaste essence of beauty and who doesn’t want such good labels to follow behind them?

I know I do. 

Another good thing is, there’s always a surplus of white dresses available while shopping online, a style fit for every occasion. I have quite a few of them in my wardrobe and stay on the lookout for other fab pieces.

So keep your head up, make eye contact confidently with whoever you engage with and show them you’re the boss of that white dress.
